Taking the time out of our busy days to reconnect with our breath is important for so many reasons to do with our health and our minds.  The Inhalexhale Network aims to bring together various practitioners to offer a range of classes, retreats and events focused on calming the mind and relaxing the body through breath and movement.  We are at the start of our journey, but keep watching this space to find out what we are up to and who we are working with.
