I don't know about you but I am trying to fit far too much into each day. So if, like me, you need a moment, I invite you to just press pause and breathe...to perhaps take your mind back to a view that filled you with joy. To take a lovely, long, luxurious inhale breathing that memory in and letting it fill you with that same joy you felt when you first saw that view.
