Yoga Nidra, known as "yogic sleep" or "effortless relaxation", is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping typically taught in the form of a guided meditation.  It is a powerful practice with one of the key intentions being to obtain deep and healing relaxation.

Chloe, Founder of Inhalexhale Network, is a qualified Total Yoga Nidra Teacher who trained with Nirlipta Tuli, co-founder of the Yoga Nidra Network.

Total Yoga Nidra is a comprehensive, inclusive and non-dogmatic approach to yoga nidra that respects and explores not only a range of practice methods, but also acknowledges and supports a variety of different levels of experience during yoga nidra.

Chloe works to build a therapeutic alliance with her students, with a particular passion and focus in yoga nidra for sleep and postpartum well-being, not only supporting the mother, but the partner / father as well.

Yoga Nidra for Sleep recordings tailored to your needs, working with you to build up a sleep program over four weeks.

Mummy moments for well deserved rest is a program of mini nidra recordings tailored for you, 15 minutes in length for seven days, which are easily accessible so you can listen whenever you can grab a moment to check in with yourself and grab some time for self care.
